9/10Neff Washer-Dryer Motor Brush Replacement
The attending engineer, Ashley, was efficient and professional. I could observe his skill by how smoothly he disassembled my washer-dryer. The drum on my Neff appliance had stopped spinning after making acute grinding noises for a few weeks. Turns out the engine brushes had worn down. It's a common repair, but the speed of the job was still impressive.
10/10Washing machine drain blockage, door locked.
I requested support on Tue eve and Spindoctor sent engineer Daniel to diagnose problem and repair the machine first thing on Weds morning. He was friendly, polite, confident and highly skilled, and happy to explain the issue as well as offer advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. Everything was working again and back in place within an hour. Very satisfied customer, highly recommend this engineer!
