What the fee covers
- The engineer's visit, diagnosis and labour
- A clear quote for any parts before they're fitted
- If a part has to be ordered, we return to fit it at no extra labour charge
- If the appliance is unrepairable or the part is too expensive, we'll discount the price of a new machine supplied by us

Prices include VAT. Removal is an add-on when we deliver or install; we don't offer collection-only visits.
Guarantee
- 3 months on any part we repair or fit, against failure through normal wear and tear
- Not covered: damage from neglect or misuse, additional blockages, or damage from flooding, fire, infestation or damp
Before you book
- We don't repair gas appliances
- We don't repair appliances that have been in a flood or fire, or infested with pests
- We don't repair appliances that have already been taken apart
Occasionally we'll refer you to the manufacturer if parts are very expensive and we can't be certain they'll complete the repair.
