1. What is protected

Unless stated otherwise, we own or hold a licence to everything that appears on our websites and pages, including:

the Spin Doctor name, logo, badge and the "Repairs · Sales · Installations" mark;
our photographs of the shop, vans, engineers and appliances, and our illustrations and drawings;
our appliance diagnostic questions, fault trees and the guidance behind them, our repair and installation guides, training material and safety-test procedures;
our price lists, coverage areas and the way our booking and confirmation pages work;
the software, code and databases that run our booking, diagnostic and customer pages.

2. What you may do

You may view our pages, and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use, for instance to keep a copy of your booking. Our copyright notice must be kept on any copy you make.

3. What you may not do

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of our pages or their content; use our diagnostic questions, fault trees, guides or procedures to build or train another service; scrape, crawl or extract data from our pages by automated means; or use our name, logo or marks without our written permission.

4. Trade marks and third parties

Manufacturer names and logos shown on our pages belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we repair, sell and install. Review platform logos belong to those platforms.
