After trying to rectify the problem myself I called spin doctor first thing on Monday morning. By 12 pm the engineer had arrived. He was thorough, checked everything and fixed the problem. He even phoned me later in the afternoon to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic service!.
My washing machine was repaired the same day I enquired. Excellent service from the moment I spoke to the office to the engineer who came out. I was thoroughly happy with the service.
