Booking a repair in Chiswick
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

Customers in West London have left 53 Checkatrade reviews for us, 49 of them scoring the full 10 out of 10. Washing machine repairs are the job we're called to most in Chiswick, and most are finished on the first visit because the parts are already on the van. Engineers like David and Kieran come up by name in local reviews. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
Labour fee in Chiswick: £142.80 inc VAT
Central London (tier 5) rate. Labour only: the visit, diagnosis and the work. Parts are not included and are quoted before they're fitted. Miele, range cookers, American fridge freezers and heat pump dryers are £24 more.
