Crowborough is the furthest south we go beyond Tunbridge Wells, so next-day is the norm here. Crowborough customers have been calling us for appliance repairs for years, and most now book online in two minutes. You'll get a text confirmation, a text when the engineer is on the way, and a fixed price you can see before you commit.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.
Customers in East Sussex have left 13 Checkatrade reviews for us, 13 of them scoring the full 10 out of 10. Washing machine repairs are the job we're called to most in Crowborough, and most are finished on the first visit because the parts are already on the van. Engineers like David and Scott come up by name in local reviews. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.

After trying to rectify the problem myself I called spin doctor first thing on Monday morning. By 12 pm the engineer had arrived. He was thorough, checked everything and fixed the problem. He even phoned me later in the afternoon to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic service!.
My washing machine was repaired the same day I enquired. Excellent service from the moment I spoke to the office to the engineer who came out. I was thoroughly happy with the service.
Phoned two other companies first, had terrible service. Phoned Spin Docter and within hours a technician was at our door. Machine could not be repaired and the technician did not try to get us to repair. Was up front and honest. Will definitely use them again!!!!!

Pick your appliance, tell us the fault, choose a day and you're in the diary. Text confirmation straight away, and another when the engineer is on the way.
