Mitcham is covered with Tooting and Morden, usually next day. Mitcham customers have been calling us for appliance repairs for years, and most now book online in two minutes. You'll get a text confirmation, a text when the engineer is on the way, and a fixed price you can see before you commit.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.
Customers in the CR4 postcode have left 2 Checkatrade reviews for us, 2 of them scoring the full 10 out of 10. Washing machine repairs are the job we're called to most in Mitcham, and most are finished on the first visit because the parts are already on the van. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
Labour fee in Mitcham: £118.80 inc VAT

The service I received was excellent from the very helpful customer service when I first called and then a really professional repair by Jamie. My washing machine was fixed the next day....Jamie knew the problem straight away and had the spare part so was able to mend quickly. I would definitely use again and also recommend.
Really good company. Excellent communications - provided me with regular updates on progress of my order. New fan fitted and working well. Engineer was very nice and helpful. Very pleased with the work carried out. Would definitely use again
The SpinDoctor team were very quick and professional to support in getting an engineer out on short notice after having issues with a gasket seal on a machine. They kept me well informed on when they would be arriving to do the works and completed it smoothly and efficiently. Would highly recommend when in a tight situation!
