Quick next day appointment. Ist job of day - result. Jamie the engineer rang in advance and arrived on time. Did thorough job unearthing a number of coins and a can top from pump/ filter area. Fitted new pump. All pretty quick bu tested machine etc. All in all a very positive experience - most welcome.
