Booking the appointment with Charlotte was quick and straightforward and the call out charge was very reasonable. Keiron arrived early, was polite, quick and tidy. I needed a new pump (also very reasonable), which he had on the van and it was fitted and an electrical test carried out, all within 30 minutes.

Washing machine was failing to drain. Great service. Called up and had an engineer the next day with the correct part and all swapped out and working in less then 30 minutes Would highly recommend and will use again
