Essex · CM8
Witham is on the A12 between Chelmsford and Colchester, in the middle of our North Essex run. Our engineers are in Witham most days, so when your appliance gives up, we're usually able to get to you the same day or the next working day. Book online, tell us the fault, and we'll turn up with the likely parts already on the van.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.
Customers in the CM8 postcode have left 2 Checkatrade reviews for us, 2 of them scoring the full 10 out of 10. Washing machine repairs are the job we're called to most in Witham, and most are finished on the first visit because the parts are already on the van. Engineers like Chris and Scott come up by name in local reviews. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.

I left a message on Sunday evening to get an engineer for my washing machine which had stopped spinning. A lovely lady rang me just before 9am on Monday morning and the engineer came out the same day. Chris, the engineer, rang 20 minutes before arriving and fixed the machine with parts from his van. He was friendly and helpful. I have never used Spindoctor before but will definitely use them again.
Mark was impeccable, workmanship clean and tidy,on time, definitely will use him again for other repairs
A very prompt reply and an engineer came the next day and completed the repair.
