Quick to answer the phone, receptionist was very responsive and helpful. Took all the details and offered to send an engineer round that afternoon. He sent a notification that he would be arriving at a certain time and arrived then, was polite and efficient, finished the job quickly and left the site having fixed the problem. Would use Spin Doctors every time from now on!
The engineer arrived on time. He was very friendly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us good advice and said he could make a repair but in his experience it may not last. We agreed not to have it done and have ordered a new machine. The old one was 11 years old.
Spin Doctor saved Christmas. The oven that was cooking the turkey on Christmas Day's element popped on 23rd December, Spin Doctor to the rescue, they asked me to send them a picture of the serail number label, then said they had the part, then dispatched and engineer and we had our Turkey. Top job, cheap callout for Christmas week too.
