We had 2 issues to address, an oven not working and a dishwasher not heating water. The engineer quickly diagnosed the oven as not fixable and gave welcome advice on replacement brands. He then fixed the dishwasher very quickly. Very good efficient service and would use spin doctor again and would recommend.
Kieran was fantastic and fixed my dishwasher as knew exactly the issue I had and what to do. Had a message to let me know how far he was then very polite and had everything done and cleaned up before he left. Made sure the dishwasher was working after changing element and showed me the part that was replace. Highly recommend Kieran for the job.
Friendly, on time, quickly resolved, preventative advice given to avoid recurrence. Great experience would use again!
