Spindoctor sent someone on the same day I phoned them. He identified a repair was uneconomical (the drum was broken) and arranged for a new machine to be installed the next day. That installation went very smoothly. All round an excellent service- I’d highlight the speed of getting the old machine examined and the new one installed
