My newish but out of warranty machine broke down. Jamie arrived and sadly it was unfixable. He worked some sort of magic and managed to get me a new machine delivered three hours later. It was installed and fitted by Chris. Both gentlemen were kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, as was everyone I dealt with on the phone. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The call out fee was also extremely reasonable.
