Spin Doctor managed to get to me same day after explaining that I was a busy mum reliant on the tumble dryer and struggling for availability! I had to go and do the school run and leave the engineer to it, but came home to a lovely fixed machine! Highly recommend, fast and reliable service, as well as lots of empathy for their customers!
