Chris was really great. Really aliable, pleasant and knowledgeable when he came to fix our dishwasher. Every person I spoke to at the office was also lovely. I got the impression they couldn’t do more to help me. They rejigged things to make sure we could be seen quicker and I was incredibly impressed by the customer service.
In the end I decided to buy a new washing machine but I found the contact lady really helpful, and quick to reply to messages. I will definitely return to this company.
The seal had come loose on my washing machine . The engineer (Jamie) managed to sort everything with the minimum of fuss and also arranged with Spin Doctor head office that ai would not be charged for a spare part which had been ordered in advance but which was not ultimately needed . Great service and the machine is now spinning away like new .
