Washing machine stopped working with an unknown alarm. Heating element had completely burnt out. Was diagnosed, replaced and running promptly. Great service.
10/10Problem Solved
Due to a misunderstanding about the booking time, the engineer turned up 40 the later than expected...but...once he got to work, it was obvious that he knew his stuff. all sorted in about half an hour. it cost just under £50 for a new pump which had broken glass wedged in it...and I'd already paid the £95 for callout. I'd definitely use again and sorry that I didn't get the engineer's name, as he was a top chap.
