From making a booking the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The engineer called Scott did everything to remove the washer so that he could fit a new pump. Also he checked the brushes and advised new ones which he fitted. Very pleased with the work and Scott who was very helpful. I will recommend Spin Doctor to my family,friends and neighbours should they need a repair.
My washing machine was acting up because I had installed it wrongly and finally the belt had snarled etc. Spindoctors sent Scott promptly who sorted it out with a minimum of fuss. It is reassuring to know that there are service providers out there who are this excellent. And they did it as cheaply as they possibly could thank you. Top marks!
