South East London · SE23
Forest Hill is between Sydenham and Catford on our South East London run, so same-day visits are often possible when you book early. Forest Hill customers have been calling us for washing machine repairs for years, and most now book online in two minutes. You'll get a text confirmation, a text when the engineer is on the way, and a fixed price you can see before you commit.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.
Customers in the SE23 postcode have left 6 Checkatrade reviews for us, 6 of them scoring the full 10 out of 10. Tumble dryer repairs are the job we're called to most in Forest Hill, and most are finished on the first visit because the parts are already on the van. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
Labour fee in Forest Hill: £118.80 inc VAT

Jamie came to fix a washer/dryer. He phoned ahead to give an arrival time in addition to the tracking system that the company provides. He arrived in time and was very efficient to diagnose the problem. He had a spare part on the van which was reasonably priced. All completed within 30 mins and hardly any disruption to my day. A great job!
Jamie at Spin Doctors was great - part replaced expertly, no mess, good communication and very polite. Thank you
My experience was positive. As soon as I made the call to spin doctor, they got the ball rolling. They gave me a time slot, but the engineer ( Daniel) was around my area and came almost immediately. He was professional, polite and tidy throughout. I will definitely use spin doctor again.
