South East London · SE24
Herne Hill is at the western edge of our South East London run, covered with Dulwich and Brixton. Our engineers are in Herne Hill most days, so when your washing machine gives up, we're usually able to get to you the same day or the next working day. Book online, tell us the fault, and we'll turn up with the likely parts already on the van.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.
Customers in South East London have left 52 Checkatrade reviews for us, 51 of them scoring the full 10 out of 10. Washing machine repairs are the job we're called to most in Herne Hill, and most are finished on the first visit because the parts are already on the van. Engineers like Chris and David come up by name in local reviews. Every job is priced before we book it, so there's nothing to negotiate on the doorstep.
Labour fee in Herne Hill: £118.80 inc VAT

Epic. Jamie the technician was super nice and helpful, efficient and respectful. They change the pump due to a draining issue. The washing machine continued to leak and they came out again to reassess, returning a third time to replace the seal as well. Very honest, helpful and reliable. Really went above and beyond to cover all bases.
Very rapid appointment. Initial assessment unclear, rapid return visit and dishwasher replacement same day plus small discount
Peter was polite and punctual and gave very clear advice and did an excellent job mending his and servicing the washer dryer
