Spin master came over quite quickly, within a day of contacting them. They diagnosed the dishwasher as unrepairable but were able to replace and install new dishwasher same day - and at a price very close to Curry’s (who I needed to wait till after the weekend for delivery and installation).
2nd callout in a couple of weeks but totally different fault with my washing machine. Engineer (Kieran) arrived within a couple of hours replaced faulty part all done and dusted before lunch AND with a goodwill gesture reduced callout charge. Brilliant !
Dishwasher not working phoned in morning engineer scheduled for afternoon arrived on time diagnosed the problem had the replacement part on board fixed the problem. Tested the machine neat and tidy would use again based on this.
