Our engineers are in Knebworth most days, so when your washing machine gives up, we're usually able to get to you the same day or the next working day. Book online, tell us the fault, and we'll turn up with the likely parts already on the van.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

Dishwasher stopped working on Sunday morning and was fixed and working again within 24 hours. Very impressive service from Spin Doctor. Easy booking process and good comms before arrival. Replacement part was available in engineer's van.
My broken washing machine was fixed 2 hours after making the initial phone call. Great service.
I bought an integrated dishwasher from this company, great price, great customer service. The installation was efficient and easy, lots of helpful tips from the guy about using the dishwasher. He was polite and friendly also very tidy. You could tell he cared about his job. Would definitely recommend. 5 star all round.
