Wow, what exceptional service. Engineer arrived at 9.30 am to repair the washing machine which turned out to be beyond repair. By 5 pm I had a new machine installed and working, with the old machine taken away. Outstanding service. Engineers were both friendly, helpful, tidy and with no hard sell. Thank you to both of them.
