I was contacted as already advised. The engineer was extremely polite. He took his time to check the fault on the washing machine. Unfortunately, my machine has had its day so unrepairable, however I recommend Spin Doctor because I have used them in the past for the same washing machine (1st fix), and this worked out great. Overall my experience with Spindoctor has been very good.
Reece gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival and was punctual. He was able to resolve the issue with my washing machine, get it working and gave me advice on ways to maintain it. He was really helpful and I was very happy with the service.
