Walworth and Elephant and Castle are in our Central London band, with most jobs in estate and new-build flats; the engineer plans for the floor and lift you tell us about. Looking for washing machine repair in Walworth & Elephant and Castle? We're a family-run company from Harlow with engineers based around South East London, so you get a real local rather than a call centre. Same-day slots are often available when you book before midday.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

Epic. Jamie the technician was super nice and helpful, efficient and respectful. They change the pump due to a draining issue. The washing machine continued to leak and they came out again to reassess, returning a third time to replace the seal as well. Very honest, helpful and reliable. Really went above and beyond to cover all bases.
Very rapid appointment. Initial assessment unclear, rapid return visit and dishwasher replacement same day plus small discount
Peter was polite and punctual and gave very clear advice and did an excellent job mending his and servicing the washer dryer
