Hertfordshire · AL6
Welwyn village is covered with Welwyn Garden City and Knebworth, usually same or next day. If you're in Welwyn village and your washing machine has stopped working, you don't need to wait a week for the manufacturer. We cover AL6 from our Harlow base with local engineers, and most repairs are finished on the first visit.
Choose the appliance and describe the fault, pick a weekday, and you're in the diary. Engineers work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we text you 15–30 minutes before arrival so you're not waiting in all day.
If the machine turns out to be uneconomical to repair, the engineer will say so before any work is done, and we can deliver and install a replacement from stock, often the same day.

Tuesday the washing machine was not spinning, booked a time slot with spin doctor on line. Kieron phoned us Wednesday morning came to us about 8 am and after about 20 minutes had replaced the pump. It is now working. The service we recieved from Kieron and spin doctor was really impressive. Thank you. Sue.
Amazing experience from first contact the Kieran the engineer arriving at 8 am to resolving the problem Overall a great Customer Experience
My phone call was answered promptly, and appointment arranged for the same afternoon with a fixed callout charge paid in advance. It was a very simple ten minute job for the workman, Kiran, but not something we could have done ourselves! He was able to access the detached pipe via the rubber seal, without the need to remove the machine and risk damage to the floor or side panel. He has now positioned the pipe in a better way so that the pipe shouldn't get lost inside in future. Very pleased with the service.
