I was contacted as already advised. The engineer was extremely polite. He took his time to check the fault on the washing machine. Unfortunately, my machine has had its day so unrepairable, however I recommend Spin Doctor because I have used them in the past for the same washing machine (1st fix), and this worked out great. Overall my experience with Spindoctor has been very good.
